Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kindling Cards ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Kindling Cards is a mobile application developed by Eplep.ai. Thousands of conversation questions for dates, parties and family dinners. 12 categories from light icebreakers to deep, meaningful conversations. Perfect when you want to get past the small talk and actually get to know people. Available in Norwegian and English.

Account and Data

No Account Required

Kindling Cards does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data
• Any activity that occurs through your use of the App

Subscriptions and Payments

Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Kindling Cards, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Eplep.ai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the App's functionality.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPLEP.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
