Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not sync to any cloud service unless explicitly stated. Your data is completely private.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete the app to remove all local data. Some apps also include a "Delete All Data" option in their settings.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to the app's settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription or purchase is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find Kindling Cards, and tap Cancel.

I lost my data after reinstalling. Can I recover it?

Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app permanently deletes your data. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your data.

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try these steps: 1) Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. 2) Restart the app. 3) Restart your device. If the issue persists, contact us with details about what happened.
